We are excited to welcome two outstanding leaders to the Street Law, Inc. Board of Directors: Jennifer Morgan and Rodney Brittingham. With deep expertise in law, public policy, and social impact, both bring a wealth of knowledge and a shared passion for empowering young people through legal and civic education. Their voices and leadership will be invaluable to Street Law as we work to equip the next generation with the knowledge and tools to become informed and engaged members of their communities.

Jennifer Morgan brings more than 20 years of legal experience to Street Law. She is a partner at King & Spalding, where she co-leads the Real Estate & Funds Practice Group and serves on the firm’s managing policy committee.
In addition to her legal practice, Morgan teaches at Columbia Business School, where she helps students understand the legal foundations of real estate transactions. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is deeply committed to mentoring and professional development, especially for women in the legal field. She has created and led mentoring programs at her firm and has personally supported the growth of many colleagues through coaching and advocacy. She is also involved in organizations like WX and CRE Girl Gang and previously served on the board of Girls Inc. of New York City.
Reflecting on her new role as a Street Law board member, Morgan shared her enthusiasm for the organization’s mission: “Street Law is a tremendous organization with more relevance now than ever, and I’m excited to be a part of it because of the lasting impact the programs and initiatives have on our next generation of lawyers and civic leaders. I’ve been able to support some of the programming in the past through my firm and am excited to be able to join a dynamic team that will help to guide the organization as it continues to push forward.”

Rodney Brittingham brings a strong background in public policy, systems reform, and community engagement. He serves as associate director of the Family Well-Being Strategy Group at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, where he leads a team that works closely with public child welfare agencies to better serve children and families. His work focuses on building partnerships with young people, parents, and communities to co-create just and effective systems.
Before joining the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Brittingham held several senior roles in Delaware’s child welfare system, including deputy director of the Division of Family Services and chief policy advisor in the Delaware Children’s Department. He also led advocacy work as executive director of the Delaware Children’s Campaign, where he pushed for stronger support systems for children and families across the state.
Brittingham expressed a deep alignment with Street Law’s mission and a commitment to helping youth become change agents in their communities: “I’m honored to join the board of Street Law and contribute to their powerful mission of equipping young people with the knowledge and skills to create positive change in the world.”
Jennifer Morgan and Rodney Brittingham join the Street Law board at a pivotal moment, as we deepen our commitment to education, empowerment, and justice. Their combined experience and dedication to improving the lives of young people will help guide our efforts to ensure that every young person has the tools to understand the law, exercise their rights, and make their voices heard.
“I am excited to have Rodney and Jennifer join our Board of Directors,” said Street Law’s CEO Ashok Regmi. “I look forward to working with these stellar leaders in advancing the mission of Street Law, Inc.”
We are honored to welcome them and excited for the journey ahead.
