Kathleen oversees Street Law’s diverse portfolio of international programs to ensure the effective implementation of projects, maximize project outcomes and provide strategic direction for current and future projects.

Kathleen is passionate about civic education and believes that an informed and engaged citizenry who can navigate complex laws and political concepts is key to a vibrant democracy.

Kathleen is a seasoned democracy practitioner with a decade of project management and leadership experience in international democracy and governance programming. Kathleen also previously served as a legislative aide for several members of the U.S. House of Representatives. She brings to Street Law her expertise in global civic education project design and implementation, grant management, business development, partnership creation and organizational strategy.

Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University and received her bachelor’s degree in political science and Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
