Jennifer leads Street Law’s talented program team, working to ensure that Street Law programs are as successful and impactful as they can be, both domestically and around the globe.

For Jennifer, a knowledgeable and engaged citizenry is crucial for democracy and Rule-of-Law to thrive. She believes that Street Law programs are a key means of inspiring people to be active citizens.

Jennifer has more than two decades of experience as a senior leader in the international development field where she’s overseen the design, development, and implementation of civic engagement, education, human rights, governance, and democracy-building programs around the globe.

Jennifer holds a B.S.F.S. in international politics from Georgetown University, and an M.A. in east European studies and international economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
